These Terms govern access to and use of the Voltarione platform, a marketplace connecting energy producers and data centers.
1. Purpose
Voltarione is a SaaS marketplace that connects green electricity producers with surplus capacity to data center operators. Voltarione is not an energy supplier.
2. Service access
Access requires account creation. Users guarantee the accuracy of submitted information and the security of their credentials.
3. Liability
Voltarione acts as a facilitator. PPA contracts are entered into directly between producers and data centers. Voltarione cannot be held liable for the execution of these contracts.
4. Intellectual property
All platform elements (brand, design, code, content) are the exclusive property of Voltarione or its partners.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the competent courts of Paris.
