Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to SaaS subscriptions purchased on Voltarione.
1. Pricing
Subscription prices are listed in EUR excluding tax on the Pricing page. A 2% commission is charged on each PPA signed through the platform.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly by tacit agreement.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Refund
As digital services are immediately available, the right of withdrawal does not apply. A free trial is offered on the Discovery plan.
