Listing removal / Right to object

Voltarione displays on its map a number of electricity production site listings built from public data (open data, official registries, press sources). These listings are clearly marked 'Imported listing — unverified'. If you are the operator of a site concerned or a rights holder, you may at any time request rectification or removal of the listing.
Sources and status of imported listings
Imported listings come from public datasets (e.g. national generation registries, energy open data, official press releases). They are published for informational purposes only, do not constitute a commercial offer and are not enforceable against the operator. No transaction is concluded on Voltarione without explicit validation from the producer account holder.
Legal basis
Under article 21 of the GDPR (right to object) and articles 15 to 17 (access, rectification, erasure), any data subject may object to processing of their data and request rectification or deletion.
Processing time
Any complete request is processed within 72 business hours. For clearly well-founded requests (e.g. identified operator, erroneous information), the listing is unpublished immediately during review.
