Meta: US focus, EU expansion
11 GW signed, mostly Texas and Spain. Aggressive on solar >500 MW unit size. 2026 announcement: 5 GW of European PPAs to sign by 2028.
What this means for Europe

- Surplus zones (Andalusia, Schleswig-Holstein, Scotland) become strategic.
